Robinson Ale House

Red Bank, NJ

Hospitality

Client: McLoone’s Restaurants

Project: Robinson Ale House

Epic’s Role: Construction Manager at Risk

Construction Costs: $1 million

Project Scope: Epic was retained to provide CM at Risk Services in conjunction with self-performed work by demolition, carpentry and architectural millwork trades for this 230 seat, 7,500 sf restaurant renovation in the heart of Red Bank’s historic shopping district.

Epic worked closely with the McLoone’s Design Team and local authorities to develop a novel concept for the newest addition to the McLoone’s family of New Jersey restaurants. The “Rustic Chic Ale House” boasts a fully revitalized 16 beer tap bar, modernized kitchen and a variety of distinct dining environments. Seating options include communal high-top tables, intimate booths, and a multi-functional semi-private room. To complete the ambience, the dining and bar areas are accentuated by custom historic murals a complimentary mix of traditional and LED lighting, as well as the latest in audiovisual technologies. This project was successfully opened to critical acclaim in November 2014.
